AAC Evaluation For those just beginning their journey into AAC... A thorough evaluation to determine if AAC is appropriate and identify the communication system that best fits your child's needs. Best for: Children new to AAC, families interested in pursuing an AAC device through insurance, children needing a formal AAC recommendation, or families seeking expert guidance. AAC Coaching Session Schedule support as needed for parent coaching, device updates, vocabulary additions, troubleshooting, school collaboration, or preparing for meetings and transitions—no ongoing commitment required. Best for: Returning families, vocabulary updates, device programming, troubleshooting, school collaboration, meeting or transition preparation, and post-package check-ins. Best for: Families with an AAC device who need guidance, children who aren't using their device consistently, vocabulary or organization concerns, and caregivers seeking strategies to support communication. Best for: Families newer to AAC, children learning to use their system, caregivers who want hands-on coaching, and families building consistent AAC routines.
